SHIPPING POLICY

Shipping Policy

Shipping time will take 1-5 business days within the U.S.

During the holidays expect shipping to be delayed! Shipping time occurs after the processing period has finished. All Packages come with a Tracking number.

Processing Time

The processing time for orders will take 1-3 business days. This ensures that payment goes through with no issues and for no other inconveniences to occur. Orders that are placed on the weekend will be ready for shipment on Monday morning.

RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY

Due to COVID and sanitary reasons there will be NO RETURNS/ EXCHANGES! for ALL Leevani's products.

Make sure your shipping information is correct AND your item choices are correct at checkout. There will be NO REFUNDS ONCE YOUR ORDER IS PLACED!

Lost & Damaged & Stolen packages

Leevani is NOT responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items. You will not receive a refund for lost or stolen or damaged packages. If any of these things should occur then contact your postal carrier.
